Regardless of whether you wish to gain a black belt, learn self-defence techniques, become a competitor or simply become more fit, we will help you achieve your goal.

Fully Qualified

All Instructors are qualified and fully insured, hold current first aid qualifications, are enhanced DBS checked and child protection trained.

Karate is an ideal sport for men, women & children, providing a full-body workout whilst learning a martial art.

Traditional Karate

Our students are taught that Karate is only to be used as a means of self-protection.  The philosophy of Karate is that the first move starts with a defensive one and not an attack.

 

TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Links Tigers 3-4 years

A fun exercise class for both boys and girls, it incorporates Karate techniques with fun and games.  A great way to make new friends, build confidence, discipline, co-ordination and balance.

Kids Karate

Karate for ages 5 and up, students will be taught Karate, but will also gain a sense of self-confidence and respect, along with the benefits of better fitness and co-ordination.

Adult Karate

With no previous experience required, our adult classes give you the ability to learn Karate, gain self confidence and improve your overall physical and mental capacities.

Sport Karate

Links Karate hold designated Sports Karate sessions throughout the year.
