European Cadet & Junior and 2nd Under 21 Years EKF Cup Karate Championship

Chris Harris will once again represent England in the under 21Yrs EKF Cup which will take place between the 5th and 7th of February, where 40 European countries will meet in Izmir Turkey, in 2010.

Chris has now represented England many times as part of the England Squad. LKK would like to wish him the best of luck at these Championships.

Links Karate Kai Christmas Party and End of Year Presentation Evening

Links Karate Kai are holding their end of year Christmas Party and Presentation Evening on the 12th December, 7pm till 12 at Gt Holland Village Hall, Manor Road, Gt Holland.

This always proves to be a very popular event in the LKK diary and with only a limited amount of tickets available. As in other years, tickets are sold on a first come bases. To avoid disappointment get your tickets early.

The evening: a Family Disco, Buffet and Club Presentations.

With awards given out to:

Dan Grade Awards, Tiger of the Year, LKK Student of the year, Sensei Student, Best New Comer, Most Improved in 2009, Achievement Awards, Best Competitor Male/Female Kumite and Best Kata.

Students Student Award: this is an award given to the student who has gained the most votes by the students from all LKK Classes, so have a think about who you think should have this award this year. It can be some one who has helped you, inspired you or just someone you think deserves it. Your vote will be taken shortly in your class.
